Meeting Date:          May 3, 2008

 Club meeting held at Rander Car during technical inspection day.

 Club president Ron Magdanz called the meeting to order at 12:00pm noon.

 No reports by club secretary or treasurer were read.

 Old Business 

Rob Vandermoss talked with Jerry Schinder. Jerry offered a $50 raise per week. The new weekly income would be $900. Jerry also said the FRRC was worried about our truck count.

 Charlie Haven suggested having a weekly sign in at the track so we could get a count on how many people we bring into the track.

 Rob also talked with Rodger. Rodger said we do a good job.

 Matt Stake asked if the track would communicate with the club before a race.
                   Rob said he is working on it.

 Jerry Quella mentioned that all issues should be discussed in drivers meetings instead of tossed around on the internet.

 Rob Vandermoss verified that this year if your sent to the rear of field you must go to the back of the longest line. Rob also verified that there will be a 2 caution and a time limit on the heat races this year.

 The website was discussed and voted on.

 VOTE:Motion was made by Josh Jeske, seconded by Kyle Quella.
A “yes” vote would be in favour of keeping Andy Duby at a cost of $150 per year.
A “no” vote would be in favour of going to Green Bay Net at a cost of $240 per year.
                                                 13 – YES
                                                  5 – NO
                          Motion to stay with Andy Duby was carried

 Jerry Quella mentioned that the club bought 2 extra radios to rent or sell. If more are needed they can be ordered at retail price.
